A company is looking for an Account Executive - Small & Midsize Business (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business sales into small to medium accounts defined as 1,000 employees or less
Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to close sales
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and Workday sales teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
5+ years of experience selling to SMB organizations of 1,000 or fewer employees
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets
Experience in cultivating relationships with strategic partners
Familiarity with maintaining accurate customer and sales data
