Job Summary :

The Production Department Associate is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks within the production department. This includes storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform quality checks on both outbound and inbound shipments.
• Conduct outbound staging and packing in compliance with site policies.
• Execute ERP system transactions related to inbound and outbound shipments.
• Learn and operate handheld RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Follow 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and site regulations.
• Complete all required safety training and follow established safety protocols.
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and support external audits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills :

Education :

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of experience in production, warehouse operations, or a related field.
