Sr Accountant

Vaco is working with a manufacturing client in Milwaukee who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Highlights :

• Oversee  general ledger accounting , including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end close processes.

Manage  daily cash transactions and reconciliations  across multiple plants.

Maintain  fixed asset accounting  in Sage software.

Assist with  tooling projects billing and reconciliation .

Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

Prepare and file  sales & use tax returns .

Contribute to  ad-hoc projects and process improvements  as needed

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookups)
