Job Title
Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Maintain expertise in Microsoft Excel functions to support financial analysis and reporting. Research and implement updates related to sales and use tax filings, returns, and regulatory changes. Oversee daily operations of cash application and collections processes. Manage the setup and maintenance of customer records in ERP and tax compliance systems. Conduct professional and courteous collection efforts via email and phone. Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify potentially uncollectible accounts. Prepare summary reports detailing customer account status and reasons for delinquency. Investigate root causes of payment delays and propose effective solutions. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and vendor master data. Collaborate with sales representatives to support collection efforts and resolve account issues. Document collection activities and account updates in relevant systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.
