job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist dentists in providing exceptional patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials. Take and develop dental X-rays as necessary. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-procedure care effectively. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Accurately document patient care and treatment plans in the electronic health record system. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive experience for every patient. High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited dental assisting program. Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential required. DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks. Current CPR (BLS) certification is a must. Strong proficiency in both oral and written communication in English.
