Technology Architect – Remote

Hi

We're hiring a Technology Architect to lead analysis of our current technology environment, identify critical deficiencies / technical debt, and recommend improvement paths aligned to business and IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

Lead assessment of current tech landscape; surface legacy constraints and technical debt; recommend solutions.

Track industry / market trends and assess enterprise impact.

Define and establish technology standards and reusable architecture patterns.

Analyze current vs. target state; develop cloud architecture aligned to strategy.

Facilitate architecture / design sessions with engineering and app teams.

Coach / mentor technical SMEs and architecture peers.

Act as subject matter expert on key initiatives and provide solution guidance.

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Technology Architect (or similar).

Deep knowledge of technology architecture, cloud computing, and industry trends.

Strong analytical / problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership.

Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and translating business needs into actionable tech solutions.

Familiar with Agile / DevOps foundations and frameworks.

Working knowledge of data technologies (data warehouse, data lake, data mesh) and when to apply each.
