About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Defense Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join a prestigious law firm known for its commitment to excellence and client advocacy. What You'll Do
- Support top-tier litigation attorneys in complex cases from inception through trial.
- Manage case files across multiple jurisdictions, including State Courts and Federal Courts.
- Utilize legal technology platforms to file, track, and manage litigation documents efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, document review, and case preparation to drive successful outcomes.
- Coordinate discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare trial exhibits with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with courts, clients, and expert witnesses to keep cases moving seamlessly.
