We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during their recovery journey. As one of the most important positions in the company, the BHT spends the most time with patients, playing a critical role in fostering trust and connection while ensuring patient safety at all times.

• Reporting to : Director of Operations
• Schedule : Full-time (On-site)
• Location : Castle Rock, CO
• Compensation : $21 - $22 hourly
