Job Description\nA modern AI-native insurance agency, revolutionizing the insurance space through cutting edge technology and intelligent automation. Hiring a full stack engineer to join their tech forward team. The platform combines intelligent workflows, dynamic integrations, and agent first design to modernize how insurance is bought, sold, and managed.

\nThis is a chance to shape the future of insurance technology from the ground up. You’ll help build the AI-native platform that agents enjoy using. This isn’t another Insurtech startup, they are looking for an experienced, curious, and collaborative Full Stack Engineer who is excited to solve real-world problems and leave behind legacy systems for good.

\n Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (CS or related)
  • 5+ years building enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge in microservices, Java + Spring Boot
  • Proficiency with AI (LLMs, Langchain, Spring AI)
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
  • Experience with Next.js, server?side rendering

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Prior Insurtech / Fintech experience
  • Experience in deploying AI / ML in production
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Containerization / orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\n

  • You will design and implement intelligent, agentic AI workflows that automate processes and deliver innovative solutions for insurance agents and customers.
  • You will develop scalable, loosely coupled backend services using Java and a Spring Boot-based microservices architecture.
  • You will lead integration efforts with external insurance systems and build APIs that power seamless front-end experiences.
  • You will design scalable front-end architecture using modular components, with a focus on performance and minimal technical debt.
  • You will build modern, high-performance enterprise web applications using technologies like Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.\n
