Commercial Lines CSR Construction Or Transportation
A long-standing independent insurance brokerage with a presence along the East Coast is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join its team. The CSR will provide critical back end support to account managers for commercial transportation and / or construction accounts.

This role is ideal for a CSR with experience servicing construction and / or transportation accounts. They are seeking a professional with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Policy Servicing and Administration
Handle day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance policies, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
Client Communication and Support
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs.
Coordination with Producers and Underwriters
Collaborate with insurance agents, brokers, and underwriters to facilitate quotes, bind coverage, and manage renewals.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance
Maintain accurate records in agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360).
Compliance and Risk Management Support
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
2+ years of CSR experience in insurance
Active Property & Casualty license in NY / NJ ideal
Proficiency in AMS360 Required
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
