• SEEKING EXPERIENCED PART TIME CNC OPERATORS TO WORK FRIDAY TO MONDAY FOR EITHER 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT

CNC Machine Operator Position Overview :

Operate CNC Swiss Screw machines and inspect finished parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection)

Change tools.

Make offsets.

Load material and remove scrap.

Fill out various paperwork.

Simultaneous operation of multiple machines

Minor troubleshooting

Part inspection

Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications) :

Proven experience with lathe / mill turning machines.

2-4 years’ experience with Swiss Screw Machines is preferred. (Tornos, Star, Citizen)

Proven experience with lathe / mill turning machines.

Experience using the Fanuc control preferred.

Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols).

Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude

Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques.

Ability to read and write English.

Physical requirements :

Ability to stand for several hours.

Ability to lift 50lbs.
