Job Overview

The Sr M&A Integration Planning Manager will lead and coordinate the successful execution of integration activities for a variety of strategic transactions, ensuring seamless translation of deal insights into actionable integration plans. This role oversees M&A pre-close diligence, integration program structuring, resourcing and executive reporting to enable disciplined and people-centric integration execution. Acting as a bridge across enterprise functions, external buyers / sellers and third party advisors. This role is responsible for ensuring and delivering business continuity, alignment, and long term strategic value through successful integration, planning and execution.

• This is a hybrid role (3 days / week in the office). The preferred office location is Overland Park, KS, but are also open to Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX.

Base Pay Range : $115,500 - $208,400

Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
