A company is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support its in-house legal department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel regarding legal billing matters
Support the legal operations function, including process improvement initiatives and vendor management
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or billing coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace; familiarity with contract management or e-billing platforms is a plus
Interest in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
