About The Role
The Art Director is intimately involved in projects across Rapt’s teams and locations. They consider every touchpoint involved in projects to ensure client engagements meet expectations. They lead the depth and strategy applied to Rapt’s design work from conception to realization, lending perspective from the visual and graphic design realms. The Art Director interfaces with clients and coordinates with Creative Directors, Strategy Director, and Design Directors to ensure projects are delivered through our interdisciplinary process. They also assist in developing pitches and interviews to support the studio’s growth with interesting, challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating communication with Creative Directors and other leadership.
- Contribute to the development of pitches and interviews to secure new work.
- Oversee design work from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Apply depth and strategy to visual and graphic design across projects.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or similar environmentProficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and G-SuiteExperience leading project teams from concept to deliveryExperience mentoring and developing younger design staffProven track record of leading pitches and winning workWe’re looking for someone with

Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Salary for this role is estimated between $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
