About the Role

As the Salesforce Developer at PHM, you'll take ownership of a brand-new Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. You'll serve as the internal expert in partnership with an external implementation vendor to guide PHM's configuration, integrations, and adoption. This role is ideal for someone excited by building from the ground up, enabling cross-functional teams through scalable, secure systems, and shaping our digital foundation to support high-touch healthcare services.

What You'll Accomplish

• Support PHM's initial Salesforce launch, driving internal configurations
• Design, test, and deploy workflows that align with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow HCLS and HubSpot using low-code tools.
• Implement AI-driven improvements and dashboards to enhance user experience and automation.

Compensation

The target base salary for this position is $95,000 – $125,000.

This base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes : health / dental / vision benefits, annual cash incentive, 401k with match, flexible PTO, and access to PHM's services for you and your dependents. Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
