Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications Required Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Required Licensure : Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of Missouri. Required Experience : Minimum of 23 years of direct patient care experience. Required Certifications : Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Licensure : Active RN license in good standing (if not already listed above). Experience : Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
