Schedule 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts. Weekends and holidays required as needed. Job Description The Registered Nurse in this position is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The role includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs, identifying patient requirements, and coordinating individualized care plans. Responsibilities Initiate assessments based on patients' problems or needs and physician diagnoses. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients. Document care according to standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities. Advocate for evidence-based care standards and support innovative care delivery. Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice. Float to other units as necessary within competency. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a Medical / Surgical (MS) / Telemetry unit in a major acute care hospital setting. Required certifications : ACLS (AHA), NIHSS, BLS (AHA), and CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours). Must hold a NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or a multi-state compact license. Why ARMStaffing?
