CNC Operator

Entry-level position. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, can read technical drawings, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, grinding, or cutting
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders
• Translate instructions into machine commands using basic programming or preloaded software
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines
• Conduct test runs to verify machine output matches specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine settings
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
