SightSage Vision Wellness Inc. is a fast-growing company at the intersection of functional nutrition and eye health. Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern science, we develop clinically informed, award-winning supplements that address digital eye strain, aging vision, and metabolic imbalance.
The business has proven market traction, surpassing $1M in sales (2024–2025) and establishing a loyal customer base in Canada. The next chapter is expansion into the United States, development of a retail footprint, and preparing the company for a future IPO.
The Role
We are seeking a CEO to lead SightSage through this critical phase of growth. Partnering closely with Founder Dr. Weidong Yu, a practitioner with more than 40 years of clinical experience, you will take full responsibility for strategy, execution, and team leadership.
The mandate is clear : build the structures, talent, and capabilities to scale from a founder-led $3M business into a professionalized $50M+ organization, with the foundations in place for public market entry by 2030.
Key Priorities
- Set direction : Translate vision into strategy, measurable goals, and disciplined execution.
- Build scale : Strengthen operations across fulfillment, inventory, and multi-market retail expansion (Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Austin).
- Develop people : Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing cross-functional leadership team.
- Secure capital : Lead fundraising, manage investor relations, and prepare the business for IPO.
- Grow markets : Expand brand presence across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail channels.
- Innovate portfolio : Guide new product development in vision, metabolic health, hair vitality, and hydration.
The Ideal Candidate
