The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in roadway and infrastructure design, experience managing projects for state and local agencies, and the ability to lead teams through all stages of design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop roadway and infrastructure projects, including highways, intersections, and municipal streets.
Conduct site assessments and analyze data to support project planning and design decisions.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure designs comply with all applicable local, state, and federal standards and regulations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Review and provide quality assurance for designs completed by other team members.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5–10 years of experience in transportation engineering, with work on projects for state DOTs, municipalities, or county agencies.
Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and related design software.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
