A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support Clinical Operations systems, specifically Veeva Vault and CTMS.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for Veeva Vault and CTMS initiatives

Drive requirement gathering and documentation, including creating User Stories and workflows in JIRA

Support system validation activities, including developing test cases and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Clinical Operations or Life Sciences systems

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of system validation practices and user acceptance testing

Demonstrated ability to write detailed User Stories and requirements specifications

Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for requirements and test management
