Responsibilities :

• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and provide variance analysis to guide financial decisions.
• Monitor spending and recommend budget adjustments based on financial insights and trends.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and support audit preparation.
• Manage accounts payable / receivable processes, including invoice entry, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank / credit card statements regularly.
• Support daily accounting operations such as payroll, expense reimbursements, and transaction verification.
• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and support internal reporting needs.
• Contribute to process improvements, workflow automation, and overall efficiency in accounting functions.
