Director, Integrated Insights & Strategy, Patient Solutions
Pfizer is seeking a Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) that will lead strategic thought partnership to the Patient Solutions & Engagement team within Specialty Care (SC). This role will focus on characterizing and quantifying the post-Rx patient journey, optimizing the use of data and analytics, and crafting actionable solutions where gaps are identified to optimize patient access. Reporting to the Patient Solutions IIS Team Lead, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and recommend high-impact improvements to improve patient access.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient-based analytics, insights, and strategy, combined with a deep understanding of HUB and specialty pharmacy (SP) dynamics. They will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while influencing diverse teams.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
