Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : South Plainfield, NJ

Type of Employment : Temporary 3 to 4 Months

In Office / Hybrid / Remote : Fully in Office

Hourly : $25 - $27 / hr

Job Summary :

A manufacturing company in South Plainfield, NJ is looking to hire a temporary Customer Service Representative for three to four months to cover for a leave. This role requires at least 1 year of order entry and customer service experience from a corporate manufacturing organization as well as experience using Oracle ERP system.

Responsibilities :

Process orders received via email from customers in Oracle

Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding estimated time of arrival, tracking, invoices, etc.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders as needed

Learn and implement company certified programs such as HACCP, NSF, SQF, and Food Safety programs

Additional ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as they arise

Required Experience :

High School Diploma

At least 1 year of related experience

Oracle ERP required

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details : $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
