Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Pay Range : $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Employment Type : Contract to Hire
Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Customer
Support professional to join a dynamic warehouse environment. This role involves a blend of customer service, administrative support, and light physical activity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle heavy phone contact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Enter and expedite orders in the system
- Follow up with clients regarding order status
- Create and maintain reports and records
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
- Maintain organized documentation and support operational efficiency
- Meet and greet all will call customers and ensure their orders are completed expeditiously
