As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Pay Rate : $29.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to established protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the government facility.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as required.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must possess a valid armed guard card or license.

Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
