A company is looking for a Customer Retention Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Answer questions regarding coverage, premiums, and policy information
Make outbound calls to collect delinquent premium payments and resell policy benefits
Record policyholder information for reporting and transactional purposes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
Experience in a call center environment preferred
Some insurance and / or sales experience preferred
