Manager, Workplace Services And Projects

Reporting to the Director, Real Estate and Workplace Services, the Manager, Workplace Services and Projects work alongside the Director and is responsible for managing a range of multi-disciplined facility projects and programs across Targa's portfolio.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage a variety of office projects from small to medium in size including, but not limited to, office / facility reconfigurations, office refurbishments, furniture procurement & installation, office decommissioning activities, move / relocations and misc. capex projects as they arise.
• Manage the administrative duties associated with the operating and capital budgets (AFE, PO creation, invoice processing etc.).
• Assist with the implementation of the new Real Estate & Workplace Services platform and the ongoing management of the system & modules. Import existing data into the CMMS system.
• Manage the preventative maintenance and office safety / emergency programs across Targa's core offices.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing cost savings and operational improvements across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with third party vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal customers.
• Partner cross functionality with many internal teams including HR, IT, Land and ROW, Corporate Security, Operations, SCM and Accounting.
• Handle repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
