Fleet Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the daily operations of our school bus maintenance and repair services. This role involves managing parts procurement and inventory through Fleetwave, coordinating offsite repairs, maintaining accurate vehicle records, and serving as a key liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and Dispatch teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring fleet readiness and compliance. Schedule is Monday - Friday 6AM-2 : 30PM at $25.00 / hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Parts Ordering, generating Purchase orders and closing them through Fleetwave.
• Labeling Parts with bar codes.
• Occasionally running to pick up parts.
• Creating off site work orders and invoicing the outside repairs on the work order.
• Update all School Bus information on the Shared Spread Sheet that includes but not limited too :
• Communication hourly with Maintenance, Ops and Dispatch in Minneapolis, Richfield and Burnsville and updating the shared spread sheet accordingly.
• Licensing and Registration of all School Buses.
• Communication with Out Side Venders to set up drop off's or pick ups for units requiring offsite repairs.
• Work as a Liaison between Maintenance and Operations of the School Bus Service.
