Description The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Upon hire : Texas Physical Therapist License Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications : Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only) : Degree from accredited program. 1 year of experience in rehabilitation.
