Seasonal Inventory Sr Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Seasonal Inventory Sr. Specialist with 1+ year of experience to support our team during the upcoming peak season. This role is essential for managing large-scale inventory projects and supporting secondary order processing. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory experience and be ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities :

• Support large inventory initiatives, including audits, reconciliations, and tracking item movement across departments
• Coordinate repair requests and ensure timely QC of designated pieces
• Pull and organize inventory for inspection, shipment, or project-specific needs
• Track and document the location and status of merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with returns and reverse logistics processing as needed
• Provide secondary support for order processing and fulfillment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, Operations, and Customer Service
• Maintain accurate records of inventory activities and project progress
• Support daily opening and closing activities in the inventory area

Benefits

Hourly pay : $18.50-$20.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
