PRPL & Friends Recruiter

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent division called PRPL & Friends. You will be primarily responsible for finding and retaining top talent for our clients. A day in the life of the Recruiter will include recruitment, interviewing, and assisting with the operational tasks associated with the recruitment / sourcing process.

You are the "face" of PRPL to the talent marketplace and all new hires. Leveraging your natural ability to connect with others - this role requires a solutions oriented approach working with both, the talent marketplace and our clients, to solve critical staffing needs. We take an extraordinary amount of care in everything we do and seek to drive maximum value through EVERY interaction. Adaptability, resourcefulness, and attention to detail are foundational pillars related to how we operate and serve our talent & customers.

Compensation : Base Salary + Flat Rate Bonus per placement
