Job Summary :  We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper Lead / Wastewater Operator Trainee . This unique position offers the opportunity to develop skills in wastewater management while leading groundskeeping activities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Groundskeeper Lead :

• Oversee and coordinate groundskeeping activities, ensuring the upkeep of outdoor areas.
• Lead a team of groundskeepers, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of groundskeeping equipment.
• Plan and execute seasonal landscaping projects.
