An international company located in the Cincinnati, OH area specializing in the Automation and Assembly industry is currently seeking a Business Development Manager for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team.

The Business Development Manager's total compensation will be based on the candidate’s education and experience. All well-qualified candidates will be considered, regardless of pay requirements.

Qualified candidates will have most, if not all, of the following experience and skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or related field
• 5+ years of recent and relevant experience in the Automation and Assembly industry
• Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients to build lasting business relationships
• Experience developing and executing strategies for sustainable business growth
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment checks (background check, drug screening, references, etc.)
