Accounts Payable Specialist

Location :  On-site | Orlando, FL

Pay :   $21 - $23 / hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Orlando, FL. Please apply today if you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts.

Experience reconciling credit card statements

5 years of AP experience with experience in the manufacturing industry.

Prior experience with SAP B1 software

Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies. Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred.

5 years of accounts payable or related experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
