Responsibilities :

• Daily review of A / R Accounts and provide detailed invoice billing for Group / Event programs and guest inquiries.
• Assist with the month-end close process by providing A / R Reports and ensuring all past due accounts are current and are under the 30 days collection status.
• Maintains groups and events contracts & billing.
• Code and submit miscellaneous invoices for payment.
• Review incoming Chargebacks and dispute accordingly.
• Tax exemption reconciliation / Submission of direct bill applications.
• Responds to inquiries from guests and another dept. requests in the hotel.
