What You'll Do

Build Client Partnerships

  • Act as the primary contact for your accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
  • Partner with business owners, managers, and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
  • Deliver results that keep clients coming back.

Drive New Business

  • Expand our reach by making prospect calls, knocking on doors, and building strong local connections.
  • Create and execute sales strategies that win new accounts.
  • Take ownership of your territory and grow it like your own business.

    • Lead With Language Skills

  • Use your fluency in English and Spanish to communicate seamlessly with clients and candidates.
  • Build trust and confidence across diverse communities.

    • Keep It Moving

  • Manage contracts, service agreements, and performance reports with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process and long-term success.
  • Stay flexible - supporting clients when they need you most, even outside standard business hours.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or client service.
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem solver.
  • Organized, driven, and ready to deliver results.
