Local Contract Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $30-45 per hour

Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Ocala, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) Location : Ocala, FL Shift : 12-Hour Variable Shifts | Nights (Rotating Weekends) Employment Type : Permanent Requirements : Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Licensure : Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License (must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation if applicable). Experience : Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience within the last 2–3 years. Preferred background in Emergency, ICU, or PCU settings. Paramedic experience is a plus. Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) – within 30 days of hire. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – within 90 days of hire. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – within 90 days of hire. TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TNCC Instructor – within 6 months of hire. ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) – within 6 months of hire. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 6 months of hire. Skills & Attributes : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress environments. Dedication to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
