Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relevant training content and curriculum using current 'best in class' techniques (e.g. ADDIE) that address learner need in virtual and onsite classroom environments; Owns choice of learning modality; Accountable for successfully managing and organizing content and curriculum to meet all established deadlines; Create knowledge checks to enhance engagement and comprehension of content; Develop Kirkpatrick level assessments to ensure learning objectives are addressed in the content at an appropriate learning level.
- Content and curriculum delivered to assigned facilitator and assigned Training Coordinator via ticket using templated Jira Comment. Training material delivered ahead of class with consistent communication provided via Jira with full training group. Designer will "warm handoff" new content to Facilitator by means of scheduled "train the trainer" sessions. Through class observation ensures that training is effective as designed. Makes updates when variances between training effectiveness and designed materials are discovered.
- Using an established template, identify learning objectives, timing of facilitation, facilitator notes, and most current versions of training materials.
- Use internal documents, reporting, and resources to develop content that adheres to standards and expectations of the business. Follows ADDIE methodology for development lifecycle.
- Collaborates with Instructor, Operations Leadership, and Quality Assurance organizations to identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and design performance improvement interventions. Reviews Kirkpatrick Level 1 survey results and creates plan for content changes as identified.
- Knowledgeable on foundational healthcare industry topics, EEO knowledge (including, but not limited to, QA practices and trending insights) and program needs. Demonstrates knowledge and use of multiple learning modalities. Identifies and uses appropriate design tool to meet the need of the learner.
- Maintains 'best in class' design skills to continually enhance and elevate an active learning environment, whether virtual or in person, through consistent internal and external growth and development opportunities. Completes all MasterControl, MyLearning, and company trainings in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates a "growth mindset" by continually learning and applying new design skills; practices with multiple tools; shares new knowledge with the team; elevates training curriculum by experimenting with new visuals, modalities, gamification or other opportunities.

Compensation
We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by factors including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with applicable regulations.
