Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit - Days / Nights

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Conduct admission assessments, gather patient histories, and develop comprehensive care plans.\n
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and update care plans as necessary.\n
• Administer medications and IV therapy in accordance with hospital protocols.\n
• Document care interventions, patient status, and responses accurately and in a timely manner.\n
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care process.\n
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.\n
• Delegate and coordinate nursing care tasks based on patient needs and staff competencies.\n
• Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.\n
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives consistently.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Alabama RN license (or eligibility for licensure).\n
• Previous hospital experience is preferred, but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.\n
• BLS certification is a must.\n
