Retail sales staff drive individual consumer sales by helping potential consumers connect with the Cavco brands, understand the product offerings, engage in the purchase decision, and facilitate the closure of the purchase and delivery of the manufactured home. Retail sales staff champion the overall sales experience.

The Sales Representative is responsible for direct-to-consumer retail sales, working with consumers to understand Cavco products and ensure a quality, satisfying sales experience. He / she assists the general manager with sales center inventory, reordering, training, and staff review. This role involves independent execution of process steps, analysis, problem-solving, and delivering recommendations.

• Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs or promote products / services.
• Maintain customer records using automated systems.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Quote prices, credit terms, or bid specifications.
• Contact new or existing customers to discuss product / service needs.
• Emphasize product features based on customer needs and technical knowledge.
• Estimate costs and potential savings for customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on needs, specifications, and regulations.
