The Role

The Data Coordinator is part data guardian, part problem-solver, part all-around operations champion. Yes, youll manage student data Systems (SIS, attendance, grades, reporting)but youll also be a key player in keeping the school running smoothly.

Youll help ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting, while jumping in wherever the Ops team needs a hand. Youll collaborate across teams, support events, troubleshoot issues, and make sure our systems hum. Basically, if theres a mission that needs completion, youre on it.

What Youll Do

• Be the data & systems specialistmaintain accurate student records in the SIS (we use SchoolTool).
• Oversee compliance reporting for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Train staff on how to use systems the right way (and kindly fix it when they dont ).
• Help manage attendance, testing materials, and student schedules.
• Keep things organized, from audits to reports to last-minute requests.
• Jump in to help with open houses, enrollment events, and community gatherings.
• Step into coverage as neededfront office, family support, wherever the team needs you.
• Partner with your Ops teammates to keep things running efficiently, with a smile and a can-do attitude.
