We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a wide range of technologies. The Desktop Technical Analyst will work collaboratively with various departments to support IT incidents, problems, and requests. You will be the first point of contact for IT support via phone, ticket, email, or instant messaging, providing clear solutions in both technical and non-technical terms.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently perform work activities while actively seeking cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and install PCs, assist with telephone installs, and troubleshoot issues with wireless networks and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices related to desktop infrastructure, in line with department standards.
• Support users and provide guidance utilizing Microsoft Active Directory
• Offer advice and assistance to colleagues in resolving IT incidents.
• Identify, log, and resolve technical issues with software applications or network systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of IT challenges.
