Position : Property Management Director

Location : San Francisco, CA, United States

Status : Permanent

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of our portfolio of affordable residential properties

Managing Property Spvs / mgrs. / Training Manager / Maintenance professionals / admin staff.

Overseeing preparation & managing of capital budgets, management services etc.

Responsible for reporting systems to provide timely information to clients, President, Management Team, lenders, & regulatory agencie

Oversees management of all buildings& properties.

Oversees supervision, hiring, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.

Sets and implements strategic priorities for the Property Management, Management Information, and Operations Departments.

Meeting w / tenants formally and informally on a regular basis

Qualifications

Must have College Diploma

Experience in low income / affordable housing property management preferred w / (HUD) and tax credit programs

Experience with residential property management and budgeting

Valid California driver's license

Real Estate Broker's license

CPM, NAHP and / or similar certification

Multi-family property management experience is strongly preferred
