Position Overview

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First-Line Tooling Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the Auburn Tooling Services (ATS) Team , based in Auburn or Puyallup, Washington , on 2nd shift

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and coaching skills to promote our One BPS culture, tools, and key performance indicators. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Manage employees across multiple Tooling manufacturing disciplines.
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Support the implementation of OneBPS and Tooling Rate Readiness projects to ensure timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes; motivate and develop staff.

Work Environment :

This position is 100% onsite in Auburn or Puyallup, Washington.
