Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)

Position : Part-Time Maintenance Assistant

Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate Part-TimeMaintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Hours : 24–30 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Schedule can be flexible (half days, 3 full days, etc.) | Occasional on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of our facilities.

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, with specific expertise in painting, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.

A valid and active driver's license, preferably class D or CDL.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and repair maintenance issues.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Experience with minor plumbing, painting, fixing things, hanging things, minor electrical, lawn mowing, some minor snow removal, etc. is required.
