Engineering Project Management Manager- Level 5

Overview

We are Lockheed Martin. You will be an Engineering Project Management Senior Staff on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. You will be the Technical Lead of the F-22 Capability Development team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of modernization and sustainment projects for the F-22 program.

• Selected candidate will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
• Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers.
• Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
