We're seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead core initiatives across Flow's leasing and resident experiencesfrom lead capture and applicant decisioning to resident retention and engagement. You'll work on both consumer-facing products and internal tools that empower leasing agents, revenue teams, and property operations. Your goal : increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and operational efficiency while delivering a best-in-class experience.

You'll be responsible for replacing legacy third-party platforms with custom-built software, including leading change management and adoption efforts. This role requires close collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to drive both 0?1 development and scale existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the leasing and resident lifecycle
• Drive product outcomes such as increasing LTV, improving NPS, and boosting resident retention
• Build intuitive, impactful experiences in partnership with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Lead the sunset of third-party tools and drive adoption of internally built replacements
• Conduct product discovery using both qualitative research and data insights
• Communicate product vision, progress, and trade-offs clearly across all levels of the organization
• Unblock cross-functional teams and ensure they can operate with speed and clarity
• Define, monitor, and act on KPIs to measure success and inform iteration
