Professional Services - A nationally recognized law firm specializing in litigation with 100s of attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.

Role :

The Marketing Specialist will be involved in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting attorneys in client acquisition and retention efforts

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the firm’s business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.

Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences.

Coordinate client-focused events, seminars, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.

Organize and promote firm-sponsored events, such as networking receptions, CLE (Continuing Legal Education) programs, or community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Professional Services Marketing) are a plus.

2+ years of marketing experience within professional services.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics software.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation :

$55-75k depending on experience
