Construction Superintendent : Interiors / Renovation

Manage day-to-day operations of interior and renovation construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites. Regularly review project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Oversee material procurement and inventory to avoid delays in project schedules. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and daily logs. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Supervise and mentor site staff to promote a productive and collaborative environment.

A successful Construction Superintendent : Interiors / Renovation should have :

• 7+ years of renovation, tenant improvement project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in interior and renovation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools to maintain project documentation and schedules.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining safety standards.
